ADMA Covid Regulations for
Championship Races 2021

❖ Sign up will be available online, link to online signup will be available early February.
➢ payment via PayPal (online) for cash/check contact ADMA.
❖ All events will be closed to the public. Only mushers and handlers allowed.
❖ Dog trucks MUST be parked at every other post in the holding area.
❖ Masks are recommended at all times when social distancing is not possible or when you are outside of your bubble.
❖ Hanging out in the Mushers Hall is discouraged.
❖ Draw will be done virtually and/or will be done outside
❖ The following will be held outside and on Facebook live or Zoom. Please dress accordingly.

➢ Awards Ceremonies
❖ Restrooms in the Mushers Hall will be open to mushers and handlers only. We will have portapotties available as well.
❖ Please wear masks and respect social distancing, wash your hands and use hand sanitizer.
❖ Regular sanitizing will take place in the Mushers Hall.
❖ We will try to have a food truck on site. There will not be concessions inside the hall.
❖ No banquet after the ONAC. Awards ceremony will be held outside Sunday afternoon.
❖ Facebook live, Zoom etc will be used to assist in remote viewing/participation in activities.
❖ Mushers Hall front door will be closed. Bibs can be picked up on the back deck of the hall.
❖ Mushers will be asked to complete covid screening questions.
➢ If you do not pass the screening, you may be asked for additional information. You may be asked to refrain from race entry or asked to withdraw from the race.
➢ If you feel sick, or a person traveling with you, please do not come to the race. ADMA is willing to refund your entry fee if you must withdraw from the race
due to Covid.
