ADMA is happy to announce that we will be hosting monthly educational evenings on various mushing topics. All events are free and open for anyone to attend. Most events will be held the second Thursday of each month at the dog mushers hall from 7-9pm, with the exception of our October lecture which will be at an earlier time on Saturday, streamed to the mushers hall.

Each topic will be mushing-related and may cover different styles and aspects of mushing (for example kennel businesses, ski-jor, sprint, freighting, distance, recreational, tourism, etc). Lectures will be presented by experienced members of the mushing community on anything from business practices, to nutrition, training, dog care, equipment and accessories, etc. We are also hoping to put together a fun end-of-season event in March but aren’t sure what that will look like just yet – stay tuned! We are looking forward to hosting these events and hope to see you there!

Special thanks from ADMA to Honorata Talarczyk Lee (aka Nora!) for organizing these events for us!
