The Mushers Hall in Fairbanks, Alaska
is an iconic log cabin located on 45 acres of land on Farmers Loop Road. This beautiful property was donated to ADMA by Jeff Studdert, the namesake of our race trail system.
The Mushers Hall can be rented for private functions year-round. It has a spacious open interior of 1,120 square feet, which has an occupancy load of 220 people and can sit 100 comfortably; an industrial-size kitchen, restrooms, and an access ramp for anyone with decreased mobility.
With large open fields outdoors, the Mushers Hall has an idyllic view and is great for weddings, wedding receptions, business meetings, birthday parties, fundraisers, or any event.

There is a large parking lot for guests, and plenty of room outside for activities like barbeques, games, photo shoots, walks, and gathering.
We also hold sled dog races at the Jeff Studdert Racegrounds throughout the winter. If you want to catch Fairbanks dog mushing at its finest, come watch our sprint races from the warmth and comfort of the Mushers Hall.
Rates:
Weekends (Fri–Sun) and all weddings and receptions
– Regular: $500
Weekdays (Mon–Thu)
– Regular and Non-Profit Groups: $350
Non-profit group rate: $300 any day of the week
Effective January 1st 2026, we will be offering a 15% discounted rate for 2 or more consecutive day rentals.
